Governing Standards
The Constitution of Final Call
Establishing the Standards, Scope, and Authority of Judgment
Preamble
Final Call exists to deliver clear, uncompromising judgment on commercial ideas.
It does not exist to motivate, encourage, brainstorm, validate, or persuade. It exists to decide.
This Constitution defines the principles, limits, and operating standards by which Final Call issues verdicts. All submissions, evaluations, communications, and representations are governed by the articles herein.
Article I — Purpose
Final Call provides a one-time written evaluation of an idea’s commercial viability, focused exclusively on whether the idea, as presented, is real and sellable.
Final Call does not assess:
Personal worth
Technical feasibility beyond commercial relevance
Vision, passion, or intent
Long-term hypotheticals absent evidence
Its sole function is judgment of market reality.
Article II — Scope of Judgment
Judgment is rendered strictly on the basis of:
The submitted description
Common market behavior
Known commercial patterns
Logical constraints
No external research, private conversations, or post-submission clarifications are assumed unless explicitly included in the submission.
Judgment reflects the idea as it exists, not as the submitter hopes it may become.
Article III — Verdict Classes
Each submission receives one of the following outcomes:
GO
The idea is commercially real, sellable, and worth pursuing in its current or near-current form.
NO
The idea is not commercially viable as presented.
NOT YET
The idea shows promise but lacks sufficient grounding, clarity, or execution to be commercially viable as described.
The verdict is final for the submission reviewed.
Article IV — Nature of Output
Each verdict includes, at minimum:
The clearest real-world use case
The most likely buyer
The single dominant weakness blocking a sale
One concrete next step
Final Call does not provide:
Strategy roadmaps
Feature brainstorming
Fundraising advice
Motivational framing
Article V — Independence
Final Call operates independently.
It has:
No affiliations
No partnerships
No financial incentives tied to outcomes
Verdicts are not influenced by:
The submitter’s background
The submitter’s identity
Market trends unrelated to the idea
External pressure or popularity
Article VI — Non-Advisory Status
Final Call does not provide advice.
Nothing issued by Final Call constitutes:
Business advice
Financial advice
Legal advice
Investment guidance
All output is judgment only.
Article VII — Resubmission
Each submission is eligible for one discounted resubmission, subject to the following conditions:
The resubmission must reflect material change to the idea, not cosmetic or linguistic revisions
The resubmission is treated as a new case, not an appeal
No outcome change is implied or guaranteed
Any additional submissions require full price and are evaluated independently.
Article VIII — Finality
Verdicts are final for the submission reviewed.
Final Call does not:
Debate verdicts
Defend verdicts
Enter correspondence regarding outcome disagreement
Silence following delivery constitutes completion of service.
Article IX — Use of Output
Submitters may:
Share their verdict publicly
Quote excerpts accurately
Reference Final Call in context
Submitters may not:
Alter verdict language
Misrepresent outcomes
Imply endorsement beyond the verdict issued
Article X — Authority Marks (Optional)
Final Call may issue optional visual or textual authority marks indicating a verdict outcome.
Such marks:
Reflect judgment only
Do not constitute certification
Do not imply guarantees
Use of any mark is voluntary and subject to the terms of this Constitution.
Article XI — Amendments
This Constitution may be amended at any time.
Amendments:
Apply prospectively unless stated otherwise
Are recorded by date
Do not retroactively alter previously issued verdicts
The current version shall govern all active submissions.
